Key Purpose
As a People Experience Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. You'll provide essential support to the Senior People Experience Partner, assisting with business partnering activities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness in HR operations.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to general HR inquiries, acting as the first point of contact

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles

Prepare employment contracts and variation letters
-
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Update and maintain employee records
-
Manage apprenticeships, including sign-ups, training, progress tracking, and claims
-
Provide administrative support, such as processing HR invoices, reports, and forms in Workday
-
Contribute to People Experience projects and initiatives

Collaborate with People Services
This role is focused on HR coordination, but you'll also have the opportunity to be mentored in people experience partnering, including:

Workplace investigations

Performance management, misconduct, and grievances

Coaching and advisory support

Employment law compliance and interpretation

Facilitation and training
What We’re Looking For

HR degree
-
1-3 years of experience in an HR administration or coordinator role
-
Strong work ethic – proactive, reliable, and results-oriented
