Join the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Finance & Business Management (F&BM) team as an Associate supporting people experience, sitewide initiatives, custom project support, and communications across Wholesale Lending Services (WLS). Be a key partner in driving employee engagement, operational efficiency, and consistent communications across the organization.
As a Finance & Business Management Associate within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will partner with WLS leadership to design and deliver people experience initiatives, manage communications strategies, and support custom projects. Your role involves maintaining SharePoint sites, leveraging Microsoft Teams for collaboration, and tracking program performance and engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with WLS leadership to design, manage, and deliver sitewide people experience initiatives and events.
- Provide support for custom projects and ad hoc initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Manage and execute communications strategies, including drafting, editing, and distributing key messages across multiple channels.
- Maintain and enhance team SharePoint sites to ensure they are user-friendly and organized.
- Leverage Microsoft Teams to improve collaboration, workflows, and knowledge sharing across CIB F&BM.
- Track, report, and provide insights on program performance, communications effectiveness, and engagement.
- Ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives with broader firmwide priorities.
- Support content creation and logistics for townhalls, info share sessions, and recognition programs.
- Contribute to the development and management of the F&BM portal and WLS video channel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Assist with data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and measure impact.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 years of experience in business management, project support, communications, or a related function.
- Understanding of Tableau concepts (dashboards, worksheets, data connections, calculated fields, filters, parameters).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear and concise messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Familiarity with SharePoint site administration and content management.
- Working knowledge of advanced Microsoft Teams functionality (channels, workflows, file management, integrations).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
- Experience supporting large-scale initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and communication best practices.
- Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools.
