As a Technical Project Manager III in Risk Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning, adaptability, and agility skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities and expertise in stakeholder management will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster productive relationships, and ensure alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources, managing risks, and embracing agile methodologies, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.
  • Champion agility and adaptability by embracing iterative approaches, responding quickly to changing requirements, and continuously improving project processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle.
  • Lead stakeholder management efforts, building strong relationships, facilitating effective communication, and driving consensus to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and agility skills to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities, and to adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
  • Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve.
  • Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships, facilitating collaboration, and driving mutually beneficial outcomes in diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Strong facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Experience managing projects in risk technology or financial services environments.
