We have an exciting opportunity for an HR/People Experience Advisor to join our team in our Orbigo Plant and support our Manufacturing function.
This is fixed term contract until the end of 2025.
The successful candidate will have the great opportunity to partner and interact with colleagues and people managers in our Orbigo factory.
How You Will Contribute:
  • Guidance and Support: Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
  • Collaboration: Partner with People Services Advisors across various HR workstreams to effectively prioritize tasks based on business unit needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • HR Administration: Manage HR administration and HR system transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from both employees and managers, providing timely and accurate responses.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Essential Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor contract management principles and practices within Spain is essential.
  • Reporting Skills: Proven experience in creating comprehensive reports related to temporary staff control, headcount reports, etc.
  • Labor Relations Expertise: Knowledge of labor relations and experience navigating the social security platform in Spain.
  • Contract Management: Experience in preparing employment contracts and completing required governmental surveys.
  • Data Management: Demonstrated ability to support data maintenance and integrity within HR systems.
  • Process Optimization: Proven ability to optimize and improve HR documentation processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactive Approach: Highly proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-oriented mindset with a demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Teamwork: A collaborative team player who thrives in a team environment and contributes to a positive and supportive work atmosphere.
  • Agility: Demonstrated agility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Experience using SAP is preferred.
