What you’ll do
- Provide meaningful and accurate advice and guidance across the full spectrum of PX; including legislative requirements, onboarding, performance management, global mobility, employee engagement and employment relations.
- In conjunction with the relevant PX Business Partner, you will contribute and support on an array of BAU topics such as change management, investigations, organisational design, and providing reporting, analysis and insights.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and seek new ways to better serve our Xeros by transforming our ways or working.
- Identify and surface trends and opportunities to upskill and build on our People Leadership capabilities.
- Support Xero’s with understanding our Global Mobility and Flexible Work offerings, working with the relevant teams to facilitate eligible requests.
- Supporting PX Business Partners and People Leaders through cyclical processes such as Salary Review, Talent Mapping, and Engagement deep-dives.
- Deliver dedicated People Leader onboarding and ad-hoc training sessions on all people related matters.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to contribute to key people programs and initiatives.
- Build a positive employee experience that leads to improved business performance and increased levels of customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for automation and self-service as we embark on a journey to empower our Xeros to take more ownership of the employee experience.
- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and seeking new ways to better serve our Xeros.

- Proven HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, underpinned by strong and effective communication.
- Practical knowledge and experience in facilitating effective people processes and employee relations cases in line with current best practice.
- Good understanding and application of employment legislation and associated risk mitigation.
