About the location:

What you will do

The People and Culture Supervisor is an integral part of the P&C Department. From the recruitment and selection process to orientation, benefits administration, communication and overall employee relations, People and Culture is there for all employees. The People and Culture Supervisor together with the Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the P&C Office. This position assists with general employee and applicant inquiries, handles all incoming calls, provides employment verifications, processes a variety of reports, maintains all general employment files, and assists with a variety of employee events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties including payroll. The People and Culture Supervisor handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.

  • Acts as first contact at the HR Office, answers telephone inquiries and offers reliable information in a friendly manner

  • Maintains a welcoming and friendly HR Reception area, keeps par levels of office supplies.

  • Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing, copying, faxing and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.

  • Completes workday processes & tasks; maintains and updates all computer records.

  • Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.

  • Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

  • Maintains a clean, neat and organized work area and assists with regular check for cleanliness in lockers, employee cafeteria (SORA) and HR office.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

  • Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.

  • Complete all payroll records for proper signature and champion the HRIS and attendance system.

  • Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.

  • Submit accurate count of employee additions and deletions with back up for Insurance provider on a monthly basis and provide support to annual budget process regarding all benefit plans.

  • Experience required by position is from three months to one full year of employment in the related position with Four Seasons or other organization.

  • Requires ability to operate computer equipment and is proficient in MS- Office package.

• Understanding of payroll applications, audits and processes in compliance
