About the role
Four Seasons at The Surf Club
Provide support and clerical expertise to the People & Culture Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee, applicant or vendor satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do

Responsible for answering calls, responding to emails in a timely manner, order office supplies, post employee relations activities in Four Seasons community website.

Responsible for the on-boarding process with every new hire.

Responsible for employee relations events.
-
Maintain confidentiality of information in the department.
-
Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.

Maintain a clean, neat and organized work area.
-
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Maintain and update bulletin boards in service area for sharing company information with all staff.

Exhibit an approachable demeanor at all times as they are the first point of contact for employees and applicants in the P&C department.

Strong interpersonal skills coupled with excellent communication.

Exceptional organization and detail orientation, with an unmatched ability to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment in a service-focused culture.

Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment.

Verbal and written command of the English language and preferably bi-lingual in Spanish.

1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within People & Culture.

Previous hotel experience strongly preferred.
