People & Culture Advisor/Business Partner 

The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, energetic and experienced People & Culture (P&C) Advisor/Business Partner to join our Thailand business. This role is ideal for a mid-level HR professional with strong growth potential and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders to align local people priorities with our global strategy, while supporting business growth and ensuring compliance with Thailand employment laws and regulations, and supporting business growth.

What you will do 

As our People & Culture Advisor/Business Partner, you will:  

• Partner with our Thailand leadership team to support and deliver our people strategy 

• Monitor and keep up to date with changes in the Thailand Labour Protection Act, employment regulations, HR best practice, and labour market trends, to provide accurate and practical advice to ensure full compliance 

• Lead and manage end-to-end P&C processes, including performance management, remuneration reviews, and people engagement initiatives 

• Support recruitment activities and talent acquisition strategies, using market insights workforce data, and employer branding approaches 

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant outcomes while protecting company interests and minimising risk 

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers by combining empathy with strong business judgment and decision-making 

About You 

You will bring: 

• Proven experience as a People & Culture/Human Resources Advisor, P&C Business Partner or similar, within Thailand  

• Strong knowledge of the Thailand Labour Protection Act and employment legislation  

• Solid Human Resources generalist experience across all people processes 

• A relevant qualification in Human Resources field 

• Strong communication and influencing skills 

In addition, we are looking for someone who: 

• Is proactive, energetic and eager to learn 

• Communicates clearly (both spoken and written) in English  

• Shows empathy and works well with people, while balancing people needs with business priorities 

• Is confident working with stakeholders and giving constructive input 

• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
