This role will be based in Mexico City and reports to the Senior Director of Talent Development and Organizational Effectiveness and will play a key role in crafting clear, compelling, and consistent communications across our global employee base. You’ll writecontent that supports and amplifies our culture, benefits, workplace experience, inclusion efforts, and community impact initiatives.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Research, write, edit, and post engaging employee stories that bring our culture, leaders, milestones, and community impact to life across our intranet, newsletters, and internal social platform
- Develop feature articles and recurring content that drive connection, pride, and engagement across a global workforce
- Collaborate with People & Places stakeholders to help translate initiatives into clear, compelling, employee-friendly communications, including total rewards, inclusion and community, workplace experience, facilities, and employee engagement
- Create and edit content for multiple channels including email, Viva Engage, Teams, guides, FAQs, and intranet updates leveraging AI tools to enhance research, drafting, editing, and workflow efficiency
- Transform complex or policy-driven topics into accessible messaging for a broad employee audience
- Ensure consistency in voice, tone, clarity, and accessibility across all internal communications
- Incorporate employee feedback and engagement metrics to continuously improve storytelling and reach
- Maintain and regularly update documentation, internal knowledge base content, and employee resources to ensure accuracy, clarity, and ease of use
- Make timely updates and improvements to our SharePoint intranet
- Contribute to and learn building scalable content practices that support a growing global organization
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in writing, communications, or content development — ideally in employee/HR communications, employee experience, or corporate communications roles or internships
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to clarity, tone, and empathy
- Experience writing for digital employee channels such as intranets, newsletters, email, and internal social tools
- Experience translating technical or policy-heavy topics into easy-to-understand, employee-facing content
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams) experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English, human resources, or a related field
Be Successful — Your Path
First 30 Days: Get familiar with our tone, style, and People & Places programs. Learn our content workflows and begin drafting employee news stories for our intranet and Viva Engage with guidance and feedback.
Three Months: Contribute to recurring news and storytelling streams for select People & Places functions. Support communication plans, assist with campaign launches, and refine messaging for impact and engagement.
Six Months: Grow into a reliable contributor for the team. Proactively pitch and develop compelling employee stories while helping scale and streamline internal communications across a growing global workforce.
