We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented People & Capability Advisor to join our Global Team, supporting our innovative Product Development Business Unit. Whilst this role is physically based in Dunedin it also provides support across our Global Product Development Teams in Auckland, Thailand & China. 

In this integral role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional HR support, embodying our core values while fostering a growth mindset to help create a high-performance culture. Your efforts will ensure that our People & Capability (P&C) function contributes meaningfully to our business objectives, driving operational excellence across the business.

As part of our New Zealand-based P&C Team, you will leverage your deep understanding of P&C best practices, NZ employment legislation and commercial acumen to provide outstanding advisory support. Your ability to build strong stakeholder relationships with Leaders, Team Members, Talent Acquisition, P&C Business Partners, and the Global P&C Team will be key to your success. You will play a key role in leading some of our core people initiatives such as talent & annual salary reviews, career progression reviews and performance management whilst playing a key role in proactively contributing to Product Development’s people strategy across the following key areas culture & communication, organisation design, leadership, and health & safety. You will play a key role in coaching leaders across all touchpoints of the employee life cycle to enhance the experience for our people.

In this advisory capacity you will offer valuable guidance on employee relations, remuneration, benefits, company policies, people movements and generalist P&C support. Your role will also involve managing crucial reporting needs and maintaining the accuracy of our Workday HRIS. Your insights will help shape business improvement and strategic change initiatives, ensuring that P&C practices are aligned with business goals.
