About this opportunity:
We are looking to hire two People Business Partners to support the BNEW organization. You will join a team of 15 local PBPs supporting BNEW across various business areas.
One role will partner with the RCE organization, while the second role will support several smaller entities, including Mission Critical Networks, Sourcing, Marketing & Communications, and Business Control.
These positions offer an opportunity to work closely with business leaders, drive people strategies, and contribute to the continued success and transformation of the organization.
The People team supporting BNEW provides advice and support to our leaders to ensure that we have the right talent today and tomorrow to execute on our business strategy. You are curios, driven, uses generative AI solution to become more efficient, as well as uses data to take informed decisions. You want to be a part of a leadership team and drive the leadership and culture to the next level.
What you will do:
In this role you will wear multiple hats, working at different times as a consultant, advisor, and problem solver.
• You will work closely with leaders to address a wide range of people-related opportunities• Drive key initiatives across the Networks • Collaboration is key to enliven a consistent People Experience (PX) for the employees in your specific part of the organization• Design solutions in collaboration with business leaders and their strategic priorities at heart

• Strong interest in our business & people at heart• Learning Agility: being able to adapt to changing priorities • Project management & the ability to bring structure to multifaceted processes and initiatives • An openness to experiment, try, fail & learn quickly, and challenge dominant logic and the "traditional way People Function support the business"• A couple of years in a generalist role as a people partner or you have been a line manager and know how great leadership looks like already• Collaboration and team working skills• Strong communication skills• Data analytics and using data to take informed decisions is familiar to you
