Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR support to the Australia and APAC business
- Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and terminations
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees
- Help ensure data integrity in the HRIS system
- Stay up-to-date on Australian employment law and best practices
- Provide HR coaching and development to managers and employees as needed
- Work closely with the regional People Business Partner team to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Assist with the leave management process for Australia to ensure accurate reporting and timely communications
- Assist with day-to-day people-related items and inquiries
What you will bring to this role:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including 3+ years in a business partner role
- Strong understanding of Australian employment law and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of other APAC HR policies and procedures is ideal but not required
