Primary Purpose
The Senior Manager, Brand Analytics will be a key partner to Brand and Marketing teams, responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive business performance. This role will focus on connecting analytics to business outcomes, supporting marketing effectiveness, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
The individual will operate within established analytics frameworks, while progressively strengthening their ability to influence strategy and deliver measurable impact.

- Analyse brand and marketing performance data to identify key trends, opportunities, and risks ; translating into clear, actionable recommendations that inform business decisions
- Own the end-to-end flow from analysis → insight → recommendation → measurable business impact, while ensuring insights are grounded in business context (growth, ROI, conversion) rather than purely technical outputs
- Serve as the strategic insights partner to brand and marketing leadership, delivering a holistic view of brand performance, consumer engagement, and campaign effectiveness, ensuring insights lead to concrete actions and measurable outcomes
- Evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels through advanced analytics, experimentation, and performance modeling, providing actionable recommendations to optimize investment and impact.
- Lead defined components of strategic initiatives (e.g. campaign optimisation, channel investment decisions, 4P use cases, AOP, LRP), ensuring outputs translate into action and material business results over time
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and usability of analytics outputs across stakeholders and markets.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with teams across Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, Finance, and Creative to influence strategy and fuel business growth.
- Engage stakeholders with a point of view backed by data, contributing to strategic discussions and progressively influencing direction and decisions
- Support the scaling of insight-driven decision-making by identifying repeatable use cases and frameworks that can be applied across campaigns, channels, or markets
The accomplished individual will possess…
- 7–9 years of experience in brand analytics, marketing analytics, consumer insights, or related fields; experience in luxury, retail, fashion, or consumer brands preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of marketing measurement methodologies, including MMM, MTA, experimentation frameworks, brand health tracking, and digital analytics, with the ability to apply these in practical business contexts.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that support business decision-making, with growing exposure to presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with modern data environments (SQL required; Python/R a plus), with the ability to work effectively within existing data infrastructure.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and progressively influence decision-making across a matrixed organisation.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and balance detail with business impact, with a mindset focused on connecting analytics work to tangible outcomes.
