Job Title: People and Culture Specialist

As a People and Culture Specialist, you will design and implement programs that foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment. This role bridges the gap between people operations and marketing, integrating digital strategy with culture building to showcase GoSaaS as a global leader in the SaaS industry.

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Design and deliver engaging and collaborative initiatives that attract, retain, and develop our talented team. This may include programs related to learning and development, employee recognition, performance management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Contribute to organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture building.
  • Design a holistic social media strategy that supports broader marketing objectives, focusing on increasing brand visibility and nurturing a loyal following within the software/SaaS industry.
  • Produce captivating copy, attention-grabbing visuals, and engaging videos that highlight our products' unique value proposition, industry insights, and our vibrant company culture.
  • Stay up-to-date on current HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
  • Assist with budget management for People & Culture programs.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and confidentiality

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
