The Global People Analytics & Reporting team at Fresenius Medical Care provides workforce insights and solutions that support the achievement of business imperatives, help identify solutions to key challenges, and uncover opportunities to improve the people experience and success of Fresenius Medical Care. As a member of the team, the HR Reporting Analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert of HCM reporting and analytics, leading internal and external reporting & analytics projects and processes.
Under the guidance of the Manager, People Analytics & Reporting, the incumbent will play a key role in supporting Workday reporting & analytics globally, and support ad-hoc reporting requests. The ideal candidate would have deep knowledge and hands-on experience supporting HR reporting (Workday preferred) including working with business users to gather and comprehend business reporting requirements, using best practices in designing reporting solutions, and participating in end user training. The individual will support the compilation of ad-hoc reporting/analytics requests, global KPIs & Management Board reporting, all global sustainability reporting, and special projects.
Responsible for reporting and assists in projects and initiatives. Develops reporting solutions to support the consolidation of HR reporting across the enterprise. Plays a key role in all phases of report development from gathering requirements to conducting User Acceptance Testing. Interacts with various HR teams and departments, gains experience with the most sought after HCM technology, and develops reports to be used in countries all around the world.
Responsibilities:

Execute Global People Analytics & Reporting strategy specifically related to global sustainability reporting, development of global KPIs & Management Board reporting, and ad-hoc reporting

Execute global sustainability reporting and analytics (i.e., NFR, ESG, SASB, GRI, S&P Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, Corporate Citizenship Survey, Human Rights Corporation Equality Index), adopting new GSRG reporting requirements & restatement policy and advancing project management & automation

Reporting for Global KPIs by Line of Business (i.e., Cost per FTE, HC/FTE, Turnover, Hires, Net FTE Impact, Management Level 1 / Management Level 2 Gender Balance)

Reporting for Quarterly and Annual Management Board reporting

Ad-hoc reporting and analytics request processing, consulting with key stakeholders to identify requirements and building solutions that answer business questions

Develop training materials / quick-start guides for Workday reporting and conduct training sessions for various groups (e.g., HRBPs, COEs, business leaders) to optimize self-service reporting

Support special global projects as assigned (e.g., global engagement survey)

Consult with key stakeholders to understand business questions and reporting requirements

Ensure the status of all requests and fulfillment of approved requests is tracked in an intuitive and transparent manner (e.g., within Jira or Dovetail)

Prioritize the fulfillment of all requests and partner with other teams as needed for fulfillment

Ensure all data privacy and information security requirements are considered in the evaluation of all report requests. Determine when requests will need to be escalated for approval and facilitate the approval process

Maintain awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices

Continuously improve end-to-end reporting processes

Requirements:

3-5 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

2+ years of experience with HCM reporting
-
1+ years of Tableau
-
1+ years of MS Access, relational database, or SQL experience (preferred)

1+ years of Workday reporting (preferred)

1+ years of PeopleSoft reporting (preferred)

Experience gathering and evaluating business requirements

Ability to work through ambiguous requirements

Experience developing comprehensive reporting solutions

Exposure to various HR related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, etc.)

High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of data

Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills

Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

Excellent attention to detail

Strong desire to continue learning about new HCM technologies

SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) a plus
