The RPA Bot Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and optimization of robotic process automation (RPA) bots using UiPath\Blueprism software. The role will involve monitoring bot performance, diagnosing and resolving issues, and ensuring seamless integration of bots into business processes.
This role would be supporting 4 Regions NA/EMEA/APAC/LATAM. There will be a high possibility on working on night shift to cover work for North America and LATIN AMERICA region.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & Management
- Oversee the daily operations and scheduling of UiPath\Blueprism bots.
- Monitor bot performance, logs, and system health to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage bot Jobs, queues and workflows to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution
- Diagnose and resolve issues encountered by bots during execution.
- Collaborate with development teams to address and fix bot malfunctions.
- Implement corrective actions and test solutions to ensure issues are resolved effectively.
- Maintenance & Optimization
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and upgrades on bots to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in optimizing existing automations and processes for increased efficiency and reliability.
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of new bots as required.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed documentation of bot operations, issues, resolutions, and performance metrics.
- Generate and present reports on bot performance, utilization, and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Document best practices and standard operating procedures for bot management.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth integration of bots into business processes.
- Provide support and training to end-users on interacting with and managing bots.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience
- Experience in working with UiPath\Bluerprism RPA software.
- Experience in monitoring, managing, and troubleshooting automated processes.
- (Good to have) Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools
