The Lead, People Analytics Data & Reporting is a key member of the People Analytics team responsible for delivering accurate, trusted, and actionable workforce data, reporting, dashboards, and KPI results. This role serves as a subject matter expert in workforce reporting and data management, supporting People Analytics, People Partners, PeopleComms, and business stakeholders with data solutions that enable informed decision-making and operational effectiveness.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc workforce reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI results that support operational, strategic, and compliance-related decision-making.

  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions, workforce metrics, dashboards, and meaningful data outputs.

  • Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance on workforce data, reporting methodologies, KPI definitions, and reporting standards.

  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and recurring reporting cycles while managing competing priorities and service expectations.

  • Perform detailed data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

  • Conduct root-cause analysis and data investigations to identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and data issues.

  • Monitor reporting integrity and recommend corrective actions and process improvements when issues are identified.

  • Ensure consistent application of reporting methodologies, business rules, and metric definitions across reporting outputs.

  • Serve as the functional owner for designated People Analytics SharePoint sites and reporting repositories.

  • Manage content organization, maintenance, and lifecycle activities across reporting repositories.

  • Administer role-based access controls and conduct periodic security access reviews and audits.

  • Support repository governance practices to ensure data accessibility, security, and compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual activities, and enhance reporting efficiency and scalability.

  • Recommend and implement standardization initiatives that increase consistency and reliability across reporting deliverables.

  • Contribute to the evolution of reporting tools, methodologies, and best practices within the People Analytics function.

  • Support data governance activities, reporting controls, records retention requirements, privacy obligations, and audit readiness initiatives.

  • Ensure workforce data is managed and utilized in compliance with applicable policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain documentation related to reporting processes, governance controls, and reporting methodologies.

Experience & Technical Expertise

  • Significant experience in People Analytics, workforce reporting, HR data management, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.

  • Demonstrated expertise analyzing, validating, reconciling, and interpreting complex workforce data to support business decision-making.

  • Proven ability to translate business questions into meaningful reporting solutions, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and analytical outputs.

  • Strong understanding of workforce reporting methodologies, KPI frameworks, data governance principles, and reporting best practices.

  • Advanced proficiency with Workday Reporting, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and related reporting and visualization tools.

  • Experience supporting recurring enterprise reporting cycles, including month-end, quarter-end, and executive reporting deliverables.

  • Proven ability to conduct root-cause investigations, resolve complex data issues, and implement sustainable solutions.

  • Experience administering SharePoint sites, reporting repositories, user access controls, and governance processes.

  • Knowledge of privacy, compliance, records retention, audit, and data stewardship requirements associated with workforce information.

  • Demonstrated success identifying and implementing process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting efficiencies.
