Senior Analyst, Technology Account Management (Real Time Payments, RTP)
Overview
The TAM RTP role is to ensure timely delivery and execution of MasterCard's RTP Products & Services to operators and clients in the Philippines. This role involves direct interaction with operators, clients, and regional MasterCard functions to deploy RTP solutions successfully. Key responsibilities include providing support in technical and operational related matters, client implementation and onboarding, release management, and coordinating delivery priorities with stakeholders.
The Role• Coordinate and provide support on the implementation, onboarding process, addressing technical questions and managing cross-functional partners• Provide technical guidance, and ensure effective execution across all phases of the delivery process• Assist in post-production support, including troubleshooting, reviewing logs, and supporting migrations and testing with clients and operators• Act as one of the contacts for clients, operators, and cross-functional teams• Support production migration for clients, address settlement-related issues, and ensure timely delivery of reports• Facilitate release management coordination, support clients on regression testing and troubleshooting • Conduct regular briefing sessions for clients, supported by internal management
All about you • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information System or related field• Knowledge of Real Time Payment, especially technical integration would be highly preferred. • Experience providing complex technical support for Payment solutions• Experience integrating Payment solutions across multiple platforms and services.• Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, and general payment systems
