The Role

Lead execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) launch, and post launch plans for key Pentaho products

  • Lead development, communication, and execution of comprehensive product launch strategy; including GTM launch and post-launch plans
  • Drive delivery across organizational boundaries to ensure that all GTM launch, and post-launch plans goals and critical milestones are met
  • Lead commercialization stakeholder meetings and communicate status, drive accountability and decision making
  • Includes collaborating with Product Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Service & Support, Comms, Rev Operations, Legal, and CyberSec
  • Monitor GTM launch progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Continuously improve the GTM launch process through learning and optimizing for lean execution

Lead strategic cross-functional programs for Pentaho

  • Lead strategic and cross-functional initiatives managing project timelines and deliverables
  • Leverage change management principles to drive change with our internal stakeholders and clients
  • Drive communication and process to align with the Strategic Initiatives and Product Operations teams
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

Sector 

  • Strong B2B Software / Data experience and Market Understanding 
  • Ideally both Start-up / Scale up experience and large Corporate experience  
  • Understanding of Data Integration, Catalog, and Governance Products 
  • Knowledge of SaaS offerings, PaaS and multi-cloud environment 
  • Experience of working with Engineering and Product Management teams

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 5-10 years relevant B2B Software / Data Product experience
  • Minimum 5-10 years GTM Launch and Product Readiness experience
  • Bachelors Degree

This is not a marketing role, this role requires project/program management in software products/offerings including full cycle GTM launch initiatives
