Do you enjoy working with numbers and helping people?
As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll play a key role within our friendly and supportive Pensions Administration team. This is a great opportunity to develop your technical expertise while delivering a high-quality service to both our clients and their members.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, and we are open to candidates located near any of our UK offices.
What you’ll be doing
Managing a wide range of pension administration activities, including leavers, data updates, setting up benefits into payment, and responding to member enquiries
Supporting annual scheme events and updates
Performing pension calculations with guidance from your team
Accurately inputting and maintaining pensions data across systems
Delivering work within agreed timescales and maintaining high quality standards
Collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvements in processes and client service
What we’re looking for
Strong numeracy skills and confidence working in a numbers-focused role
Previous experience in pensions administration is desirable, ideally with knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) schemes
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above)
Good IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and databases
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A team player with strong collaboration skills
Ability to quickly understand and follow processes and procedures
