WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a PEGA Systems Expert, you will be reporting to the CoE BPM Lead, your mission will be to transcribe the functional needs to technical solutions and specifications for its development, certification and eventual productive release in PEGA Systems. Doing so, you will apply to Group Santander IT strategies and IT patterns to perform secure, reliable, sustainable and effective solutions. 

This role also involves being able to undertake developments for complex issues in order to provide our developers with high quality, reusable and well-documented assets across different projects. 

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

  • Analysis and develop the required specifications, through the delivery of services and technical components required for its operation with a view of your own development and its integration with other teams and systems. 
  • You will design and develop your own data model as per specs. 
  • You will document your solutions in the Group Santander tools. 
  • You will certify your delivery and its integration with other components, designing and performing the relevant test to ensure the quality of your team delivery.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

EXPERIENCE
Required

  • Overall professional IT experience about 6 year. 
  • At least 4 year experience on Pega Systems Solutions (N2 – SSA Senior System Architect, N3 – Lead System Architect). 
  • Strong technical skills ready to be a Senior Process developer, being a reference for his-her colleagues. 

Desired

  • International experience 
  • Understanding and/or experience in Financial Service industry. 
  • Knowledge in several kind of BPM Technologies such as APPIAN, Outsystems, TIBCO, etc.
  • Proven initiatives in Technical Communities, Start-ups, etc.

EDUCATION

  • Degree on Engineering,Technology Sciences, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Chemical, Statistical, etc. 
  • Any specialization or sound experience on subjects related to Technology engineering. 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Required

  • PEGA – at least N2 or N3.
  • Database design / SQL.
  • Git / Github.
  • Jenkins / Cloudbees.
  • Agile Methodologies and tools (Scrum, KAMBAN, Jira, Confluence).
  • Languages: English and Spanish (fluid written and oral).

Desired

  • BPM Tools (Appian,TIBCO IProcess / AMX,…).
  • BPMN / CMMN.
  • EAI Tools (TIBCO BusinessWorks).
  • Decision Management Tools (ODM, Drools,…). 
  • Low Code Frameworks (Outsystems,…).
  • API Management Tools (Apigee, API Connect,…).
  • Testing Automation Tools (Fitnesse, Selenium, Cucumber,..).
  • Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Openshift,… 
  • Java.
  • HTML5 / Javascript.
  • Languages: Portuguese, German.
