The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 22 100 PLN gross

We are looking for you, if you:
- are PEGA certified or have several years' experience of using PEGA,
- like to know how everything works under the hood,
- have analytical skills,
- are familiar with Agile/Scrum.
You’ll get extra points for:
- having experience of working in a complex, regulated environment such as a large financial institution,
- being an experienced lead engineer,
- being a team player.
Your responsibilities will include:
- maintaining and enhancing business applications built on the Pega platform,
- participating in the full application lifecycle within a DevOps model, from development to deployment and support,
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with business needs.
About the Squad:
We are looking for individuals to join a newly built PEGA engineering team. If you have certifications, that's great, and if you only have working experience, that's not bad either. At the very beginning, you will have the opportunity to learn about our Way of Working from experienced colleagues from other countries, and you will join an international team to learn about projects.
The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be “Engineer III”.
