We are looking for Senior System Architects (SSA) and Lead System Architects (LSA) with strong technical expertise in Pega and, most importantly, hands-on experience with Pega Constellation in real implementation projects.

Whether joining as an SSA or LSA, you should have a strong foundation as a Pega Senior System Architect, solid hands-on development experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment where both Spanish and English are used.

What you'll do
  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Pega Platform and Constellation.

  • Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, data modeling, business rules, and application architecture.

  • Experience with integrations and REST APIs.

  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

  • Knowledge of performance, security, and Pega development best practices.

  • Experience working throughout the software development lifecycle.

  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with distributed and multicultural teams.

  • Professional communication skills in both Spanish and English.

Senior System Architect (SSA)

For SSA positions, we are looking for strong hands-on Pega professionals who can:

  • Independently design and implement complex Pega functionality.

  • Participate actively in technical solution design.

  • Troubleshoot technical and application issues.

  • Build maintainable and reusable solutions following Pega best practices.

  • Collaborate closely with other developers, architects, QA, and business teams.

  • Contribute to technical reviews and support other team members when needed.

Lead System Architect (LSA)

For Lead positions, candidates should bring the same strong SSA technical foundation, along with experience in technical leadership and solution architecture.
