Capgemini is looking for experienced Pega Lead System Architects (LSA) with experience in Pega Smart Investigate (SI) to join our dynamic teams across Pune, Chennai, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design and delivery for complex financial services engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Pega-based solutions, including Smart Investigate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle—from design to deployment.
- Ensure best practices in Pega architecture, performance optimization, and governance.
- Oversee and guide development teams, ensuring quality delivery.
- Integrate Pega SI with external systems such as payment platforms, AML, and fraud systems.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior developers.
Requirements
Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA)
Strong hands-on experience in Pega Smart Investigate (SI).
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC with deep expertise in:
- Case Management
- Decisioning
- Integrations (REST/SOAP, batch, MQ)
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
