Role Summary:
Expertise in Pega Smart Disputes (Issuers) to support and enhance enterprise dispute management applications. The role involves production support, defect resolution, regulatory and card network rule implementation, performance optimization, and delivery of business enhancements while ensuring application stability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Pega Smart Disputes (Issuers).
- Strong expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Infinity, including:
- Case Management, Flow and Rule development, Data Pages, Integrations (REST/SOAP), Activities, Queue Processors & Job Schedulers, Agents, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Security and Access Groups
- In-depth understanding of the payment card dispute and chargeback lifecycle, including:

- Strong knowledge of card network dispute rules, including:
- Visa Claims Resolution (VCR), Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Reason Codes, Compliance timelines and network mandates
- Experience in Pega troubleshooting and performance analysis, including:
- PegaRULES logs, ALERT logs, Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC), Performance Analyzer (PAL/PLA), Tracer, Clipboard, DB Trace, SQL query analysis
- Experience providing production support with strong RCA and defect analysis capabilities.
