PDX Adoption & Support Specialist
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Act as a functional expert for PDX, supporting its implementation and daily operations.
- Assist countries with PDX implementation and onboarding of local suppliers.
- Guide Group suppliers on master data mapping and effective PDX usage.
- Drive adoption and compliance by delivering regular training, coaching, and ongoing support.
- Develop and maintain user documentation, including guidelines, procedures, and training materials.
- Support the development of new functionalities by testing and validating solutions before deployment.
- Serve as the key functional contact for Group suppliers and local PDX champions.
- Support Senior Content Specialist in operational processes on data collection for Group products, including digital assets.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (both verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of PIM systems (experience with STEP is a plus, but not required).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support users.
- Customer-focused mindset, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical approach with attention to detail.
- Organisational and prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint & Excel).
- Adaptable and open-minded, able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
