Working in Marketing at Ecolab, means working across all multiple business areas and contexts. You will join a custom-designed program that is tailored to empower you to make an impact right away. You will be on the fast track to future leadership, at every turn you will be challenged to collaborate, partner and to lead effectively, working ethically to deliver results. Working with diverse teams from all cultures and backgrounds to deliver a single goal.
What to expect?
The Marketing Leadership Development program is an MBA program with a difference. You will get international experience where you will have the opportunity to stretch your limits and knowledge while learning how corporate marketing works. From day one you will contribute to essential projects. You will grow quickly and will work on high-impact, high-visibility initiatives which will help you kick-start your marketing leadership development.

What you’ll need?

MBA Degree, or Master’s in Strategic Marketing, business or a related field

Previous experience in a Marketing role, ideally in a global organisation

Valid work and residence permit for the Netherlands

Mobility: this program involves three assignments which may require travel
