Your Responsibilities
- Drive administrative, commercial, and technical development within your assigned territory, aiming for a high professional standard and ensuring the team meets its objectives for the PCV product line.
- Have a deep understanding of the current commercial situation of the PCV business and its potential within your assigned sales area.
- Ensure strategic alignment and coordination within FLSmidth to deliver and capture value to and from customers in your territory for PCV.
- Protect and promote our footprint by executing strong technical and commercial activities for the product line under your responsibility. This includes regularly visiting customers to assess the condition of our equipment and proactively presenting proposals related to PCV, including Greenfield and Brownfield project proposals.
- Promote and develop Brownfield and/or Greenfield projects with customers in your assigned territory with the goal of growing the installed base of PCV equipment.
- Work in close collaboration with the Site & Service Sales team for selected strategic accounts.
- Perform other duties as required to support the development of our service business within the assigned territory.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a university program of at least 4 years in one of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical & Mining Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
- Intermediate level of English.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in supervising maintenance teams and/or post-sales service of machinery and equipment in industrial and preferably mining companies.
- 3 to 5 years of experience supervising maintenance personnel.
- Up to 5 years of experience performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment in a concentrator plant.
- Knowledge of Industrial Plant Maintenance Management (Preferred).
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Preferred).
