Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the tendering process, providing technical expertise and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support of commercial teams in technical part of tendering process
  • Analysis of technical part of the tender documentation
  • Preparing questions to the technical part of the tender documentation
  • Fulfilling technical tender documentation as well as catalogues confirming offered technical parameters
  • Close cooperation with tender department to keep tender process deadlines
  • Support of funnel management in SFDC (Accounts, Opportunities, OP, AO), creating reports, dashboards and maintaining existing one
  • Support of Apttus management – preparing price balancing, processing quotations
  • Processing locally sourced items (LSI) - the process of validating new products and suppliers, contact with suppliers, purchases

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree Biomedical Engineering or equivalent educational background
  • Proven experience in analyzing technical tender documentation.
  • Experience using SFDC, Apttus
  • Previous years experience working in a B2B environment
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Fluency in English
