Roles and Responsibilities
- Support of commercial teams in technical part of tendering process
- Analysis of technical part of the tender documentation
- Preparing questions to the technical part of the tender documentation
- Fulfilling technical tender documentation as well as catalogues confirming offered technical parameters
- Close cooperation with tender department to keep tender process deadlines
- Support of funnel management in SFDC (Accounts, Opportunities, OP, AO), creating reports, dashboards and maintaining existing one
- Support of Apttus management – preparing price balancing, processing quotations
- Processing locally sourced items (LSI) - the process of validating new products and suppliers, contact with suppliers, purchases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Biomedical Engineering or equivalent educational background
- Proven experience in analyzing technical tender documentation.
- Experience using SFDC, Apttus
- Previous years experience working in a B2B environment
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Fluency in English
