To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a full-time PCBA Process Engineer located in Walker, Michigan.
The PCBA Process Engineer leads the development and launch of new SMT/PCBA manufacturing lines, supporting NPI and future capacity expansion; Its main focus is the development of a new SMT line.
What a typical day looks like- Lead development and launch of new SMT/PCBA lines
- Define processes, layouts, and equipment selection
- Support NPI and line ramp-up activities
- Establish process controls and documentation
- Train production teams during new line introductions
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2+ years of PCBA or electronics manufacturing experience
- Strong experience with SMT line design and NPI
- Experience with reflow, placement, inspection, automation
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal and organizational skills.
