The Transformation Manager is required to contribute to the firm’s growth and development in a variety of ways, including successfully delivering on project engagements, leading and facilitating client working sessions, provide expertise and leadership in the knowledge area, support sales and business development pursuits, and assist in framing and positioning extension and project expansion work at existing clients. The Manager is focused on delivering on client expectations while also identifying areas of opportunities for the client and engagement team to continue the relationship. The Manager is well versed in specific areas in business transformation and participates in knowledge capital development.
Skills & Proficiency: 12+ years of progressive experience in leading and managing projects in Global Payroll management, Payroll Implementation, Payroll Benefits integration, System Transformation, and integration.
