We are looking for a Payroll Transformation Lead with French support our key projects designing innovation tools, training and experiences. !
This role lasts initially until the end of 2026 with expected extension, where only a full-time cooperation is available as form of cooperation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Drive and own deliverables as per the project plan for Payroll system and process design, ensuring full consolidation to the new Payroll vendor
• Oversee payroll-related data transitions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance throughout migration
• Lead, facilitate, and prepare working sessions to define French Payroll requirements in alignment with local legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies
• Ensure Payroll system design supports all statutory and regulatory compliance requirements
• Collaborate closely with Time, Absence, and Benefits teams to ensure end-to end integration and consistency of Payroll processes
• Drive communication, change adoption, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams
• Identify and manage task interdependencies, system impacts, and vendor coordination
• Support Payroll testing cycles, validation activities, and defect resolution
• Prepare for go-live and support transition to steady-state operations for the new Payroll setup
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Payroll process management, transformation, or implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of French payroll legislation and compliance requirements
• Proven experience working with complex payroll environments and vendor transitions
• Experience with ADP Global View, Workday, and/or SAP payroll systems preferred
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and interdependencies under tight timelines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Fluency in English and French
