• Location: Onsite — Guatemala (Preferred) & Colombia
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Extra: Occasional Saturday support during peak periods (paid/compensated)
• Summary: Detail-oriented and analytical Payroll Tax Associate to support payroll tax operations. Work closely with teams and clients to ensure accurate payroll tax processing, compliance, reconciliations, and issue resolution.

• Requirements:
• 6+ months of experience in Payroll, Payroll Tax, Tax, Accounting, Finance, Reconciliations, Audit, Financial Operations, or BPO Finance
• English level B2+
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Technical studies or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Payroll, Tax, or related fields
• Availability for occasional Saturday work

Skills Required

- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
