As a Payroll Specialist with Spanish, you will play a vital role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, supporting our purpose through dependable payroll delivery in a complex, international environment.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of payroll for assigned countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness at every stage. You will work closely with HR colleagues to maintain employee data in Workday and local payroll systems, manage payroll interfaces and reports, and carry out audits to ensure data integrity before payroll execution. You will also support payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and testing activities, and collaborate with cross functional teams across Global Business Services. From handling statutory deductions to working with third party vendors, your contribution will be essential to delivering a reliable payroll service.
What will you need to be successful?
To succeed in this role, you will bring solid payroll expertise, strong attention to detail and the confidence to work independently in a fast paced, international setting.
2 to 5 years of payroll experience in an organisation processing 500 or more employees (Spanish or Portugeese payroll experience will be a strong advantage)
Good understanding of end-to-end payroll processes, statutory deductions and compliance requirements
Experience working with HR and payroll systems, with Workday experience preferred
Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally;
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is 93 00 -139 250 PLN annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
