At DXC Spain we are looking for a Payroll specialist to join our great team.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations related to Social Insurance and IRPF taxes. This role involves handling monthly and annual payroll activities, tax filings, and social security contributions.
- Process and manage monthly payroll for employees in accordance with Spanish labor laws.
- Calculate and ensure accurate deductions for Social Insurance and IRPF taxes.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax filings, including IRPF declarations and other required reports.
- Handle social security contributions and ensure compliance with all social insurance regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Spanish tax legislation and labor laws.
- Address employee inquiries related to payroll, tax deductions, and social security.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
- Prepare end-of-year payroll summaries and ensure timely submission of annual tax obligations.
