Stellenübersicht
In dieser Funktion beaufsichtigen Sie den gesamten Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsprozess für Österreich und sorgen für Genauigkeit und Effizienz. Sie werden eng mit einem kleinen Team zusammenarbeiten, um präzise Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen zu erstellen. Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie Hand in Hand mit Otis HR Employee Services, HR-Geschäftspartnern, wichtigen Anbietern wie Sage, Steuerbehörden und Gewerkschaften, um eine pünktliche und genaue Ausführung der Gehaltsabrechnung zu gewährleisten.
Ihre neue Rolle bei uns:

Koordination der Lohn- und Gehaltverrechnung: Verantwortung für die gesamte Personalverrechnung für OTIS und unsere Tochterfirma in Österreich.

Zusammenarbeit mit Sage: Abrechnung über DPW Sage in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Sage-Ansprechpartnern, um eine genaue und pünktliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für Otis Österreich zu liefern und dabei hohe Standards für Effizienz und Zuverlässigkeit einzuhalten.

Beantwortung von Mitarbeiteranfragen (HR-Ticketsystem): Beantwortung und Lösung von Fragen der Mitarbeiter im Zusammenhang mit der Abrechnung, Zeiterfassung, Spesen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.

Unterstützen Sie Ihre Kollegen: Gewährleisten Sie Kontinuität und Unterstützung bei Abwesenheit oder in Spitzenzeiten.

Flexible Arbeitszeiten: bis zu 60% Homeoffice möglich, Gleitzeit
Ihre Talente zum Erfolg:

Erfahrung: 3-5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung sowie abgeschlossene Personalverrechnungsprüfung (WIFI oder vglb.)

Erforderliche Kenntnisse: Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer-, Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht

Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

Technische Kenntnisse: Erfahrung mit der Software DPW Sage ist von Vorteil, routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office (vor allem mit Excel)

Fähigkeiten: Teamplayer, Belastbarkeit, genaue, strukturierte und fristgerechte Arbeitsweise
