Promote “Best in Class” service while developing effective relationships and working cross functionally with internal teams and suppliers.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the high-quality delivery of multiple payroll processes, providing exceptional service to the business.
  • Address and resolve time and attendance queries from employees, managers, and HRMs promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate administration of related processes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.)
  • Minimum of one year of payroll or time & attendance experience
  • Experience with Workday Payroll
  • Experience with Time Systems, preferably Workday Time

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with additional Time Systems such as Autotime and Kronos.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing and unionized employee populations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions promptly to maintain data integrity.
  • Ability to analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend enhancements.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The base pay range for this position is $71,900 - 107,800. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. This posting is expected to close on December 2nd, 2024.
