We’re looking for a detail-oriented, dependable Payroll Specialist who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and helping others. In this role, you’ll be an important part of our payroll team, supporting payroll processing, calculating sales commissions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting employees with questions about their pay.

What Will You Do?

As a Payroll Specialist, you’ll help keep our payroll processes running smoothly and accurately. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Compiling payroll information, including hours worked, attendance, mileage, reimbursements, and other payroll-related data
  • Entering payroll information and carefully reviewing it for accuracy
  • Calculating sales commissions
  • Preparing semi-monthly payroll for sales representatives
  • Providing employees with accurate pay information and responding to payroll questions by phone and email
  • Staying up to date on company commission rules and compensation guidelines
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of our payroll software
  • Handling confidential requests with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism
  • Supporting additional payroll functions and projects as needed
  • Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality at all times

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High school diploma

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous sales experience

Schedule & Work Environment

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position working in a professional office environment.

Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional after-hours work during payroll weeks when needed.

No travel is required.
