Reports to: Human Resource Manager
Position Summary: This role is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR and administrative functions, including payroll processing, maintaining accurate payroll records, employee records management, assisting with benefits administration, and day-to-day human resources operations. This role assists with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration while providing general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

Responsibilities and Areas of Accountability:
- Maintain accurate payroll records and perform payroll processing.
- Provide administrative support for Human Resources operations, including maintaining employee records, processing personnel documentation, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with attending career/job fairs.
- Assists in planning and conducting new employee onboarding.
- Assists with employee benefit administration.
- Provides prompt and courteous customer service to employees and vendors.
- Conducts themself with integrity.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
- Be respectful of PDM teammates and support teamwork amongst coworkers.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Assists with maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records using PDM’s HRIS system.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Ability to be proactive. Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced, fast-moving work.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. HRIS experience is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of payroll administration or HR experience.
