Why This Role Is Right for You
As HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Wallisellen. Together, we work on to competently and promptly carry out the entire daily HR Operations business. Daily communication with employees, both verbal and written, takes place in German, French, and English. We are very flexible, and hybrid working is part of our culture.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Daily operational HR tasks, including managing and processing incoming tickets and workflows in our HRMS tool “myHR” (Oracle)
• Administration and maintenance of personnel files
• Collaboration with authorities (social security, withholding tax, health and accident insurance)
• Maintenance and management of the local time-tracking tool (admin role)
• Monthly payroll processing (in collaboration with external payroll provider)
• Support in monthly accruals
• Support in the onboarding process for new employees
• Updating HR policies, including the employee handbook
• Support in HR projects and process optimization
• Local contact point for employees in close collaboration with the HRBP
• Shared responsibility for HR Operations Support in Austria (cross-country tasks, also within “myHR”)
• Handling ad-hoc requests

Essential Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Services (HR Payroll Specialist)
• Good knowledge of payroll processes in Switzerland
• Experience working with an HRMS tool
• Good knowledge of HR best practices and applicable regulations
• Excellent communication skills and MS Office proficiency

• Fluent in English and German, French is a plus
