Baptist Health is lookin for a Payroll Specialist to join out team.
This is a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.
Payroll specialist I (PS1) helps process payroll on a bi-weekly basis for assigned facilities. They should have practical knowledge of pay policies for assigned facilities. They should demonstrate knowledge of Workday and API. They will maintain time off accruals for employees and make any adjustments as needed. They will help maintain employee local taxing and should have practical knowledge of payroll taxing rules. PSI will also submit payments for payroll deductions as needed. PS1 will monitor the time keeping system for issues and provide support to timekeeping personnel. They address issues regarding pay discrepancies. Payroll Specialist I should show proficiency with a personal computer and windows software applications. They should have experience with Workday and API. They should have the ability to always maintain confidentiality.
