Payroll Specialist with Spanish - For Ericsson Support Spain from Bucharest - Romania
About this opportunity
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist, who will manage payroll processes for our offices in Spain.
You will ensure payroll services and employment contracts administration services are delivered for Ericsson Spain employees in compliance with local legislation and Ericsson instructions.
You'll also act as the main point of contact for both employees and external vendors regarding payroll issues, so a strong service-oriented approach and a high sense of urgency are critical
What you will do
• Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, retro pay, shift differentials, etc.• Complete global year-end tax processes and amendments• Execute Human Resources policies and processes• Deliver Human Resources services• Provide functional expertise• Provide project support as well as HR delivery and data such as:- Input collation, Input Validation- Sox compliance- Payroll processing, Post payroll reporting, Post payroll submissions, and Payroll Transition• Process Automations• Managing/supporting global projects
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders (i.e., People Business Partner, SME, Finance, etc.) and the payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.
• Assist with optimizing our payroll and benefits-related internal processes. through new automations or integrations between our tools.
• Monitor of the different tax and social security aspects that affect payroll in relation to personal income taxes from several for Ericsson Spain.
This is a temporary contract - 2 years duration (maternity leave replacement)
The skills you will bring
• Education: Bachelor's degree, preferably within Human Resources or relevant experience within required area.
• Experience in organizing, planning and delivery of Payroll process in medium size organizations• Experience in organizing, planning and delivery of Payroll process for Spain• Expertise in Spanish Labor Relations, Laws, and Legislation• Overall years of experience: 3-6 years• Advanced oral and written Spanish / English level• SAP / Success Factor knowledge• High-level in MS office - Excel• Spanish payroll Management• Proactive, service-oriented mind-set• Analytical skills and financial acuity• Quality, detail, and accuracy focused• Self-motivated - ability to work with minimum supervision• Excellent planning and organizational skills
