Payroll Processor

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
BMW of Ridgefield is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Processor to join our team. This is a key role responsible for processing payroll, supporting employee onboarding, administering health benefits, and managing a small team. If you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy supporting employees behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage employee onboarding and new hire paperwork
- Administer employee health benefits and assist with benefit-related questions
- Supervise and support a small administrative team
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies and payroll regulations
- Prepare reports and assist with other administrative tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous payroll experience required; dealership experience is a plus
- Experience with employee onboarding and benefits administration
- Prior leadership or team management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
