We are looking for an experienced Payroll & People Operations Specialist manage end-to-end payroll and people operations processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll and people/HR operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, reporting, data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Social Security regulations, and payroll legislation
- Hands-on experience with time & attendance, leave management, overtime, benefits, and incentive schemes
- Experience in managing employee records and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- High level of confidentiality and ownership
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Job Description
- Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
- Handling people operations processes including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and employee documentation
- Managing and controlling timekeeping, leave, and benefits data
- Managing Social Security declarations, incentives, and other statutory payroll processes
- Preparing payroll and people operations reports
- Working closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure operational excellence
