About The Role:

  • Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner
  • Collect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employees
  • Work out social funds, tax and national insurance deductions
  • Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork
  • Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality
  • Work closely with the various teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve payroll-related inquiries
  •  Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

  • Certified Payroll Controller
  • At least 5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process in High-tech companies - Must
  • Deep knowledge of Excel - Must
  • Deep knowledge of Hilan - Must
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite - Must
  • Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions
  • Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments.
  • Timesheet tracking analysis; includes follow up with employees and managers for timely entry and approval
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset; escalate as appropriate
  • Multi tasker and able to work in fast pace organization at scale
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
