We are hiring a Payroll Controller and Bookkeeper
Reporting to: Global Payroll Controller Leader
Location: Petah Tikva, Israel (Hybrid model).
Direct employment
Responsibilities:
- Manage Israeli end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and handling employee compensation
- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions, and ensuring timely salary payments
- Stay updated and act according to the changes that are in the law
- Ensuring compliance with local and global payroll regulations
- Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system, to ensure accuracy
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Maintain, develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and best practices
- Working in collaboration with other functions in the company to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing
Requirements
Requirements:
- Certified Israel Payroll Controller
- Up to 3 years of experience in local payroll processes
- Experience of working with payroll institutions and insurance agents
- Experience as a bookkeeper (Level 2)
- Experience with Priority
- High level communication skills in English – written and verbal
- Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
- Detailed oriented
- Can-do positive approach
- Ability to prioritize duties, meet tight deadlines, team player, ability to work and solve issues independently
