What a Day In The Life Looks Like:
Responsible for the entire internal payroll process (imputs, conferences and payments);
Reviewing up to discharge (payment) of charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF);
Reviewing and controlling the delivery of accessory obligations (DET, DIRBI, CPRB, CRF, Sistemas S and etc.);
Mastering and complying with obligations related to e-Social (checking, quality and deadlines); Monitoring the time and attendance of employees (differentiated work regimes (overtime, quality and deadlines);
Carrying out the systemic admission process;
Carrying out employment contract amendments;
Checking the time clock (different work regimes (on call, overtime in Brazil and Chile);
Calculating vacations;
Calculating terminations;
Relationship with ADP;
Scheduling and paying for admission, dismissal and periodic exams;
Generating and checking the delivery of payroll accounts and accounting provisions;
Attendance and delivery of documents relating to audits, inspections and legal proceedings;
Payment of benefits and apportionment by area/class
Providing information relating to labor routines for employees working in Brazil and Chile;
Issuing monthly data analysis reports;
What You Bring To The Team:
Solid background in payroll processing for Brazil and Chile, with knowledge of local labor laws and tax regulations.
Experience with overtime, on-call shifts, and variable compensation.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
Ability to collaborate with P&C, Finance, and external partners (ADP) to resolve issues and improve processes.
Good communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Willingness to stay current with legal updates and payroll best practices.
Main Experience:
E-Social, accounting, annual reconciliations, among others);
Knowledge of labor and tax legislation;
Desirable knowledge of Power BI
Desirable knowledge of the ADP tool.
Desirable knowledge of the Workday tool
Desirable advanced English.
Basic Requirements:
Completed degree in Administration, Accounting or Human Resources or related field.
