Payroll Analyst

Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89151
Duration: 04 Months temp job with possible extension
Shift: Normal
Pay Rate: $39/hr.
Basic Purpose:

• The time and labor intake analyst are responsible for taking incoming employee calls for the Oracle time and labor / Payroll modules.
• They will answer general baseline questions regarding timekeeping and the new Oracle Human Capital Management System or will be escalating to subject matter experts as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Triage time management system activities: time entry, holiday schedules, absences, errors and coordinate resolution.
• Performs responsibilities as directed within determined time frames and with a high degree of accuracy.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills within the department and the company.

Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field or equivalent related work experience.
• Five years of related experience in time entry system administration or payroll processing.
• Effective analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; ability to identify key causes and workable solutions.
• Proficiency in software skills to create spreadsheets and databases and to extract information from the human resources/payroll and time entry systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
