Meet the team:
You will be part of the growing Payroll GBS Team servicing Dexcom Employees in the Philippines.

Where you come in:

• You will perform and oversees activities necessary to process New Zealand and Singapore payroll
• You Maintain records such as payroll records, tax filing reports and voluntary deductions.
• You administer payroll processes, policies, and procedures.
• You ensure the accuracy of payroll and benefit codes.
• You research and process payroll and benefit adjustment entries.
• You calculate retroactive salary and hourly employee data as assigned.
• You participate in annual, quarterly, and SOX audits.You ensure payroll-related regulatory compliance.
• You follow up with employees and managers to ensure timecards are submitted timely.
• You are professional and customer-service oriented with the ability to effectively interact with employees and managers.
• You train new employees and managers on payroll policies and timekeeping systems.
• You have the ability to proactively research and resolve payroll-related issues.
• You have knowledge in eTime Management, making sure that new hires are interfaced from Workday to eTime.
• You ensure the accuracy of data in eTime.
• You perform other duties as assigned.

What makes you successful:

• Your strong knowledge of Philippines Payroll and Statutory Requirement is a must.
• You have a minimum of 5 years’ Experience in Payroll and Timekeeping.
• Your knowledge in Payroll Systems such as eTime, Workforce, SAP is an advantage
• You are fluent in the English language
• Your strong Analytical skills
• You have experience handling high volume transactions
• Your ability to analyze and resolve queries
