We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Human Resources Administrator with basic payroll training preferred.

Job Duties:

  1. Administer biweekly payroll processing for 500+ employees.
  2. Utilize strong bookkeeping skills to manage payroll costs for 100+ locations.
  3. Conduct general ledger reporting and perform payroll reconciliations.
  4. 401k benefits maintenance, reporting, and contribution uploads.
  5. Process new hires, terminations, and audit I-9s, among other HRIS/payroll software maintenance.
  6. Review and timely process garnishments and verifications of employment.
  7. Oversee benefits administration including processing for multi-line employee benefits plan.
  8. Address questions and provide guidance on internal employment practices and policies.
  9. Support management and payroll staff in various payroll / HRIS / Paycom-related tasks.
  10. Provide ad hoc support for accounting and human resources.
Qualifications

Qualifications/Experience: 

  1. Proficient in payroll processing.
  2. General understanding of employee and employer payroll taxes.
  3. Familiarity with general bookkeeping and accounting principles.
  4. Proficiency with Paycom, RealPage Financial Suite, and Excel.
  5. Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  6. Positive attitude with the ability to work in a relaxed corporate environment.
  7. Essential computer skills including word processing and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  8. Demonstrates the utmost level of confidentiality.
